Küchenausbau

Wir sind gerade beim Ausziehen aus unserer Altbaumietwohnung im 7. Bezirk in Wien. Wir sind dort 2003 eingezogen und haben auch die Küche neu einbauen lassen. Jetzt wollten wir diese entweder gegen Ablöse dort belassen oder wieder ausbauen. Die Hausverwaltung ist nicht an der Küche interessiert und nun werden wir diese wieder abbauen müssen. Die alten Elektroherd haben wir noch im Keller, aber den alten Holzeinbau haben wir entsorgt. Die HV sagt, wir sollten etwas äquivalentes Reinstellen.....Hat jemand damit Erfahrungen? Was macht man hier am besten?

Wenn du die Küche noch verwenden kannst oder auf willhaben.at verkaufen kannst, dann macht es Sinn, diese abzubauen. Meine Empfehung: alten Herd hinein. Bei Ikea eine Stellage für das Geschirr. Schicke auch der Hausverwaltung schriftlich vorab eine Nachricht. Viel Spass beim Umziehen.

Stimme Angelika zu. Vorher mit der Hausverwaltung absprechen und dann eine Minimum Variante nehmen. Ich wuerde meinen die Hausverwaltung wäre daran interessiert, die Küche zu behalten. Die meisten Mieter wollen keine neue Küche kaufen müssen. Vielleicht sprichst Du noch einmal mit der Hausverwaltung dazu.
