Konsumentenschutz gegen Makler?

Ich habe letzte Woche einem Arbeitskollegen aus Slowenien bei der Wohnungssuche geholfen. Der Makler hat beim ersten Treffen alles mögliche versprochen. Mein Kollege dann ein Anbot unterschrieben und 300 Euro bezahlt. Zwei Tage später haben die sich wieder getroffen - und ich war dabei. Der Makler hat dann gesagt, dass der Vermieter das Zimmer nicht vermietet und hat 250 Euro zurückgegeben und sich Euro 50 als Spesen behalten. Was machen? Wie vorgehen? Das Geld ist nicht sehr viel - aber trotzdem scheint das nicht richtig zu sein!

Ich glaube, dass Du hier einen Anspruch hast, denn was der Makler hier gemacht hat, ist einfach nicht korrekt. Hast Du Beweise oder einen Zeugen, der dabei war. Ich würde den Makler anschreiben und das Ansprechen. Du kannst vielleicht auch das Forum hier anschreiben, vielleicht können die dir weiterhelfen.

Leider passiert das viel zu oft, dass Makler Sachen tun, die einfach nicht ethisch sind. Deswegen haben viele eine sehr schlechten Ruf. Aber was der Erste Poster beschreibt, klingt nach Betrug - falls es nicht andere Abmachungen gibt.
