- No Hables mal de de nadie, se puede escuchar y tal vez puede estar ahí la persona y tu no la ves.
- Ve por un vaso de agua o café, una libreta de notas, una pluma, ve al baño antes, se ve muy mal que te levantes y al regresar ya no estas como tu te habías colocado para prepararte al inicio.
- Si alguien te habla en tu casa, o te habla por teléfono apaga el audio desde el ordenador y el vídeo, solo pide un momento para regresar a la reunión.
- El "hola", o el "hola ¿como están?" no funcionan, un saludo mas intenso es muy importante, tiene que sonar agradable y llenarte de energía positiva, con buen animo.
- No mires a las personas cuando les hablas a su imagen en el dispositivo móvil o en tu PC, siempre háblale a la cámara, es mas recomendable y estas haciendo el clic con la persona de manera directa, es algo difícil pero cuando lo domines veras que es muy bueno.
- Procura estar atento, cierra todo lo que te distraiga, recuerda, estas en una reunión pero estas con personas que están atentas, si bien es cierto es una videoconferencia pero no menos importante recuerda siempre. No se le puede dar una explicación particular a la persona que esta distraída.
